Renters Insurance

Renter's insurance is property insurance that provides coverage for a policyholder's belongings, liabilities, and possibly living expenses in case of a loss event.

What does it consist of?

Renters insurance isn’t required by law but your landlord might require you to have a policy. Your landlord’s insurance won’t cover your personal items. You will need renters insurance to protect your belongings from theft or damage from a burst pipe or other cause.
